The first step in managing your emotional health is to recognize that you need to heal. This is a difficult and deep process to go through, which is why most people will carpet sweep their healing journey assuming time will heal all wounds.

Hello, I'm

Ell Squires!

I am an Immersive Guided Meditation Facilitator, who created this framework to help heal myself during a time of deep bereavement, and emotional turmoil when the structure of my family life radically changed overnight.

Therapy kept me in a perpetual pity party never leaving the past, and looking to God in prayer for relief left me feeling in a state of despair. Out of desperation to overcome this 3-year-long emotional suffering, I discovered a way to become my own therapist by combining psychotherapy modalities with guided meditation. This has proven to be the ultimate in doing the inner work needed to facilitate my own self-healing. It is now my hope that my work inspires others to self-heal through inner work to find solutions for peace and joy within themselves to live their best life. While I am not a licensed therapist, nor are my teachings a replacement for therapy, the education that I have co-written with a psychotherapist combined with my framework is just a
